Job description
Gerber Collision & Glass in Las Vegas is seeking a General Manager to lead the daily operations of the collision center and ensure an outstanding customer experience in line with policy and procedures.
You will coach and develop team members, manage annual and monthly budgets, forecast sales and expenses, and ensure a safe, efficient and high-quality work environment that supports KPI achievement and customer satisfaction.
