Job description
Caliber Collision Big Cove is seeking a Collision General Manager to oversee the service center's operation, risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration.
The role also involves recruiting and retaining teammates, monitoring financial performance, and reviewing monthly metrics to identify opportunities and trends. Candidates should have 3+ years in collision management, a valid driver's license, and be 21 or older.
