Job description
Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead the collision center operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach and empower the team, manage budgets, and drive KPI targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities include weekly production reviews, labor mix optimization, and staff coaching. A strong leadership background in collision repair is required, with post-secondary education or equivalent strongly preferred.
