Crash Champions is seeking a highly capable leader to oversee shop operations in Illinois, driving revenue and KPIs while coordinating front/back-of-house activities. You will allocate labor, guide technicians, and ensure production efficiency and quality standards.
The role includes payroll management, onboarding, coaching, and collaboration with estimators and parts managers to keep on-time deliveries. A valid driver's license and software proficiency are required.
