Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision General Manager for our Miami center. This role oversees overall center operations, risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration to ensure safe, Thorough, and profitable repairs in line with SOPs and insurer guidelines.
The manager will recruit and retain talented teammates, monitor monthly financials, and identify opportunities and trends. Caliber emphasizes growth from within and ongoing training.
