Job description
Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations of the collision center and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach and empower team members, maintain high professional standards, and align staff with company goals to outperform at every touchpoint in collision and glass services.
You will oversee budgeting, scheduling, training, safety, and performance evaluations, ensuring operations meet KPI targets and insurance metrics.
