Job description
Caliber Collision Southport is seeking a Collision General Manager to oversee the center’s operations, focusing on risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. You will recruit, recognize, and retain talent while monitoring financial performance and identifying opportunities for growth.
As a GM, you will ensure vehicles are repaired safely, thoroughly, and profitably in line with Caliber's SOPs and industry guidelines.
