Job description
Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Collision General Manager to oversee all aspects of the Bakersfield center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration. Recruit and retain strong teammates while monitoring and analyzing financial performance to identify opportunities and trends.
The General Manager will ensure vehicles are repaired thoroughly, safely, and profitably in line with Caliber SOPs and industry guidelines.
