Job description
Body Shop Support Technician
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Body Shop Support Technician to help keep our collision repair facility operating efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and is willing to assist wherever needed.
The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.
Responsibilities
Detail customer vehicles before delivery.
Wash, vacuum, and clean vehicles inside and out.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop, office, and customer areas.
Break down cardboard, empty trash, and dispose of waste in designated areas.
Shuttle customers to and from home, work, or rental car facilities.
Pick up and deliver customer vehicles safely and professionally.
Move vehicles throughout the property as directed.
Assist technicians and estimators with general shop tasks.
Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and shop materials.
Perform miscellaneous errands and duties to support daily shop operations.
Represent the company with professionalism when interacting with customers.
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule: Monday–Friday (hours based on business needs)
Pay: Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
