n nWhat You’ll Don
nCreate accurate, comprehensive repair estimates by examining and analyzing vehicle damage
nClearly educate customers on the repair process, insurance claims, timelines, and expectations
nFollow the ABRA playbook to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency
nCollaborate with insurance adjusters, dealerships, fleet partners, and internal production teams
nProvide timely repair status updates—because communication and trust matter
nEnsure every repair meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship
n nWho You Are
nnAn experienced Collision Estimator with strong attention to detail
nA confident communicator who builds trust with customers and partners
nA team player who takes pride in excellence and accountability
n nRequirements:n
Abra Estimator Required Skills/Abilities:
nn1-3 years prior experience as a collision estimator or insurance appraiser
nPrior damage analysis experience related to hybrid vehicles, restraint systems, electrical systems, and identifying hail, theft and/or vandalism damage
nProficiency using Mitchell or CCC-1 estimating software
nKnowledge of Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
nI-CAR training or other industry training
nValid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
nHigh school diploma required
nMust be able to work the following days and hours: Monday – Friday (7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.)
