Job description
Crash Champions in Wisconsin is seeking a customer-facing estimator/coordination specialist to educate customers on repair processes and insurance steps, ensuring a smooth experience from intake to delivery.
You will generate initial and final estimates, coordinate with body techs, review data, and manage paperwork, keeping customers informed throughout the repair. Experience with estimating systems (CCC One or similar) is preferred.
