Job description
Crash Champions is seeking a customer-focused Estimator to educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, and rights. You will complete initial estimates, write full estimates after disassembly, and lock final numbers while guiding the repair through to completion.
You will coordinate with Body Technicians, review data procedures, pre-close final orders, and manage paperwork to meet carrier requirements, ensuring exceptional customer experience.
