Job description
Crash Champions in Colorado Springs is hiring for a customer-focused estimator/coordination role within our busy collision repair network. You will educate customers on the repair process, prepare and lock estimates, and guide repairs from intake to completion.
You will work with insurance partners, review data with body technicians, and ensure carrier requirements are met while maintaining clear communication with customers. Knowledge of CCC One or Mitchell/Audatex is a plus.
