nJob Description:
nThe Estimator’s primary responsibility and accountability is to provide an exceptional and successful customer experience while creating estimates, coordinating repair needs for customers including all communication, informing and updating customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process. The Estimator accurately assesses the damage of vehicles and documents needed repairs and parts replacement on the damage appraisal. The Estimator plays a pivotal role in the success of the customer’s experience by ensuring they are working in alignment with all team members in achieving the repair facility's KPIs.
nKey Job Responsibilities
nRole and Requirements
nnnEnsure every customer interaction is documented, updated efficiently and accurately with pertinent details
n
nnProvide Customer with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process and ensuring that they receive excellent customer service
n
nnEnsure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes and metrics
n
nnEnsure compliance with all WOW Operating Way’s regarding customer drop-offs, repair planning, customer communication, and delivery
n
nnCommunicate all customer requests and needs to appropriate team members
n
nnProvides positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone
n
nnUnderstanding of all required Insurance programs and procedures
n
nnParticipate in daily “production walks” with the Management Team, as required
n
nnSupport all team members when required
n
nnParticipate in monthly Health & Safety and staff meeting (if required)
n
nnAttend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager
n
nnMaintain the store's KPI’s by maximizing role performance
n
nnUphold the company's Core Values : Honesty, Integrity & Respect
n
n nEducation and/or Experience Required
nnnKnowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
n
nnHigh School Diploma or equivalent
n
nnAwareness of where to look for answers

nnBasic Computer Skills
n
nnCompliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience
n
nnMust be willing to complete I-CAR Training
n
nnValid Driver’s License

n nRequired Skills/Abilities
