nJob Description:
nThe General Manager’s primary responsibility and accountability includes providing an exceptional and successful customer experience while leading and maintaining the day-to-day operation of the Store in compliance with established policies and procedures. The General Manager plans and implements the daily operations of the Collision Center to ensure that overall KPI’s and insurance metrics are met. They are responsible to coach and empower each team member’s performance and success in their individual roles. The General Manager will promote and maintain the highest quality standards of professionalism in serving all customers, and the General Manager plays a pivotal role in the success of the customer’s experience by ensuring they are working in alignment with all team members. General Managers are committed to leading by example at all times.
nKey Job Responsibilities
nnnEnsure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
n
nnPrepare and manage the annual and monthly operating budget of the collision center.
n
nnForecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives.
n
nnDeliver formal annual performance reviews and informal monthly performance reviews.
n
nnMonitor and maintain all A/P and A/R relating to the Collision Center.
n
nnMaintain a clean and organized repair facility at all times.
n
nnMonitor all maintenance required for all shop equipment, including the paint booth
n
nnProvide training for all staff as necessary
n
nnEnsure all staff wear proper safety gear and adhere to dress code.
n
nnOpen and close the facility daily as per established procedures.
n
nnConduct or coordinate daily production meetings/walks to confirm through-put and delivery dates
n
nnManage all estimates to ensure labor mix is within established standards. Manage store capacity.
n
nnLead and manage all repair facility personnel.
n
nnFacilitate monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings . Attend monthly managers meetings.
n
nnAttend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by Senior Leadership Team.
n
nnStore CSI performance review and follow up within 24 hours.
n
n nEducation and/or Experience Required
nnnPost-Secondary Education or equivalent.
n
nnProven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
n
n nRequired Skills/Abilities
nnnAttention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
n
nnAbility to consistently demonstrate a successful client experience
n
nnCommunicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
n
nnAbility to motivate others utilizing effective coaching tools and management skills.
n

nPAY: $90,000 - $100,000/annually, DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
