Job description
Kaizen Collision Center in Colorado is seeking a seasoned Collision Repair General Manager to lead one of our Colorado locations. You will oversee production on the shop floor, drive performance, develop people, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
The ideal candidate has proven collision center leadership, strong knowledge of production workflows, KPI management, and the ability to improve profitability. This role offers base salary with bonus and commission opportunities.
