Auto Body Estimator
Waconia 1 Collision & Auto, our family-owned and operated collision repair facility, is seeking an experienced Auto Body Estimator in the Waconia, MN area.
This position offers competitive pay for the right candidate who brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset. You will be part of a collaborative team focused on delivering 5-Star guest experiences, ensuring safe, high-quality vehicle repairs, and guiding customers confidently through the claims and repair process. The ideal candidate will have experience handling Progressive Insurance claims.

Position Responsibilities
Greet customers in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner
Manage insurance claims, including documentation, photo estimating, supplements, and communications
Perform complete repair planning and blueprinting to ensure accurate, efficient repairs
Collect, verify, and update all customer and vehicle information
Write accurate estimates using CCC One in compliance with insurance guidelines
Utilize the ROME management system (training provided if needed)
Work closely with technicians, parts vendors, and insurance adjusters to ensure timely approvals
Submit and negotiate supplements effectively and promptly
Monitor repair progress to ensure cycle-time and quality standards are met
Clearly document the repair process using computerized notes
Communicate proactively with customers throughout the entire repair process
Educate customers on repairs and sell value-added services when appropriate
