Job description
Crash Champions is seeking a highly organized shop Operations Leader to drive performance at our Tampa location. You will oversee front and back-of-shop activities, assign repair tasks, and ensure throughput aligns with KPI targets while upholding Crash Champions and I-CAR quality standards.
Responsibilities include labor scheduling, payroll accuracy, coaching teammates, coordinating with technicians, estimators, and parts managers, and writing DRP-compliant estimates when needed.
