Job description
Swiss American CDMO in Carrollton, TX seeks a Senior Scientist in Color Cosmetics & Scale-Up to lead formulation development and commercialization of foundations, skin tints, BB/CC creams, and serums. You will drive pigment technology, shade matching, and stable emulsions while coordinating transfer from bench to production.
