Job description
Silgan Dispensing seeks a Color Manufacturing Manager to lead the Color Lab from formulation and color matching through production scheduling and supervision of the color concentrate production process.
You will approve color concentrates, ensure additives and resins meet Silgan standards, manage inventory and budget, and coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and Product Stewardship to maintain compliance and on-time deliveries.
