Job description
Jetson Home Inc. is seeking a General Manager to own and scale the Colorado branch. You will build the playbook, lead HVAC and electrical teams, drive strategy, and ensure top-tier customer service and compliance in a fast-growing market.
You'll report to the Regional Manager, manage P&L, partnerships, and vendor relations, and align cross-functionally with HQ to push products and performance. A hands-on leader who thrives without a script will excel.
