Job description
One of Connecticut's fastest-growing multi-specialty groups has an opening for a Colorectal Surgeon in southern Connecticut, close to the seacoast.
nnAbout the Opportunity:
nnJoin one other Colorectal Surgeon and 2 other General Surgeons
nCall coverage every 4th day and every 4th weekend
nSurgical procedures and scopes are performed at three local hospitals and ASC throughout their catchment area
n nCompensation/Benefits:
nnPartnership offering in 3 years – $1,000 administrative fees, there is no buy-in to PACT
nMSO shares would be offered for purchase at fair market value after being a Partner for 6 months
nMarket Rate Salary with wRVU Incentive Bonus
nSign-on bonus
nMoving expenses are covered in full with receipts
n85% of the monthly health benefits cost
nSTD, LTD, and Life Insurance
n$3,500 annual allowance for CME
nLicense, DEA, hospital privileges, etc
nPaid Time Off with vacation, sick, personal, and holidays
