Job description
Landmark Hospitals in Columbia, MO seeks a results-driven Director of Business Development to build our LTACH referral pipeline. This hunter-and-farmer role owns the Columbia market, opening doors with physicians, case managers, discharge planners, and hospital leadership, while mentoring 3–4 Clinical Liaisons.
You will develop a market plan, drive admissions, and coordinate with hospital executives on recruitment, marketing, and new programs.
