Your New Role
Meet face to face with homeowners throughout Auburn, Washington, and surrounding communities to discuss their heating and cooling needs.
Assess each homeowner’s needs and recommend HVAC system options that fit their comfort goals and budget.
Educate customers about heating, cooling, energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and long term HVAC system value.
Present available financing options and product solutions to help homeowners make informed purchasing decisions.
Manage HVAC sales leads, appointments, customer communication, and follow up activities using CRM tools.
Coordinate with installation and operations teams to support a smooth transition from the sales process through installation.
Build strong customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.

2+ years of HVAC sales experience or sales experience in a related or similar field required.
2+ years of consultative sales experience required.
Comfortable meeting face to face with customers in residential settings.
Valid driver’s license.
Experience using CRM platforms and mobile sales technology.
Desired Skills
Experience with HVAC, home services, or high ticket sales.
Strong ability to build trust and deliver positive customer experiences.
Effective presentation and sales closing skills.
Ability to organize and manage multiple leads and appointments efficiently.
