POSITION OVERVIEW
The Comfort Advisor acts as a client interface and problem solver. This individual will be responsible for overall effectiveness and profitability of the Installation department. This is an opportunity to lead a department of great people toward great results. We are looking for a well-rounded customer focused professional to help shape the future of our company.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform in home consultations with customers from Tech generated and Marketed leads.
Achieve 40% conversion on marketed leads and 60% conversion on tech generated leads.
Responsible for leading department towards set production, revenue, and profit goals.
Evaluate the results ensuring that finished product exceeds quality workmanship standards and expectations.
Follow established processes achieving a high-level of Customer Satisfaction
Maintain follow ups for assessment of results.
Promote, support, and facilitate teamwork and foster a positive environment.
Proven experience as a Leader or similar executive role
