Comfort Advisor (HVAC Sales) – Relocation

Western Heating, Air, & Plumbing is looking for a Comfort Advisor to design a system (heating, cooling, IAQ) to meet the desired comfort of clients and to provide friendly, professional service. The position is a vital link in terms of revenue, reputation and company success. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Job Responsibilities

Design comfort systems for customers

Conduct complete comfort surveys and home analysis

Perform load calculations

Inspect ductwork

Carry out comfort and air quality surveys

Handle paperwork for financing, rebates, tax credits, and payment collection

Perform necessary HVAC and invoicing calculations

Document existing work with photographs

Create accurate equipment and material lists

Deliver and pick up temporary heating or cooling equipment if required

Communicate guarantees and warranties clearly to customers

Education and Qualifications

3‑5 years of sales experience

HVAC industry experience preferred

Comfort with technology; uses industry‑specific software on iPads and computers

Personal Attributes

Self‑motivated with strong desire to excel

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Strong time‑management and multi‑tasking ability

Team environment participation

Professional at all times

Pay and Incentives

Anticipated salary: $200,000 - $350,000+.

Relocation bonus to assist move to Utah.
