Commercial Banking opportunity in Miami (hybrid/remote/onsite)

Our client is a Bank & Trust company seeking an experienced a C&I Lender to join their beautiful Miami location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our loan portfolio, ensuring compliance with lending regulations, and maintaining strong relationships with the banks clients and extensive experience in lending.
Loan Origination and Management, evaluate and approve or deny loan applications based on creditworthiness, collateral, and risk.
Develop and maintain a diverse loan portfolio, including commercial, residential, and consumer loans.
Conduct thorough financial analysis and risk assessment for loan applicants and strong Customer Relationship Management.
Negotiates terms (collateral, covenants, pricing, and other components) of lending agreements.
Prepare effective packages for credit approval circulation and to present packages to the required level of credit authority.
Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or related advanced degree is a plus.
5+ years of experience in lending, preferably within a community bank setting and 2+ years of management experience.
In-depth knowledge of lending regulations, credit analysis, and risk management.
