As a Commercial BankerinEmerging Middle Market Banking covering Allentown and Bucks County, your role is to be the focal point of client acquisition and ongoing relationships.You willwork both independently andcollaborativelyto introduce our comprehensive solutions to clients.Your role involvesgrowing andretainingprofitable relationships within the Emerging Middle Market target space.EmergingMiddle Market bankersgenerally focuson companieswith annual revenues ranging from$20 millionto$100 million.
Job Responsibilities
Champion a culture of innovation and a customer centric mindset
Stay up to date with industry trends toidentifyopportunities for innovation or strategic partnerships
Find ways to further efficiency with existing technical infrastructure through automation while embracing the innovative opportunities offered bynew technologies
Requiredqualifications,capabilitiesandskills
Five plus years lending or credit support related experience with a focus on business relationships
Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services
Methodical approach to market activities and prospecting,demonstrateproven client relationship skills, and can engage with CEOs and CFOs
Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources
Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work underpressureand meet tight deadlines
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability toestablishcredibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners
Deep local connections and market knowledge
Preferredqualifications,capabilitiesandskills
Bachelor’s degree and formal credit training preferred
Sales management, business development skills,proficiencyin building andmaintainingpositive client relationships
Strong creative solution, problem solving abilities, flexible to changing business priorities and ability to multitask
Excellent business judgment, strategic thinking, self-directed,proactiveand creative
