Commercial Cabinet Maker / Production AssociateWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Cabinet Maker / Production Associate to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for building and assembling commercial cabinetry using blueprints, hand tools, and production equipment. Ideal candidates will have experience working with wood products, operating saws, and accurately measuring materials.Location: Manor, TX 78653Key ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work ordersAccurately measure and cut materials using a tape measureOperate woodworking equipment such as:Table sawsPanel sawsMiter sawsEdgebandersAssemble cabinets and components according to specificationsPerform sanding, finishing prep, and general production tasksMaintain a clean and safe work environmentFollow all safety guidelines and company proceduresOperate hand power toolsQualificationsPrevious experience in cabinet making, woodworking, or millwork productionStrong ability to read a tape measure (down to 1/16")Experience working with blueprints and technical drawingsHands-on experience with saws and woodworking machineryAbility to work in a fast-paced production environmentStrong attention to detail and qualityPreferred SkillsExperience in commercial cabinet manufacturing (not just residential)Familiarity with laminates, veneers, and hardware installationAbility to use basic hand tools and power toolsPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periodsLift up to 50 lbs as neededFrequent bending, lifting, and repetitive motion
