Carpentry ForemanBayland Buildings is actively seeking a Carpentry Foreman to work alongside crew members to complete the rough and finish Carpentry of our projects in Green Bay and neighboring areas. This position includes full-time employment, year-round work, complete with competitive compensation and benefits, and the opportunity to be part of our employee-owned company!Core Responsibilities:Lead and work with crew members performing rough and finish carpentry on Commercial, Industrial & Agricultural projectsFrame interior walls, install trim and door frames, hang doors, and bath partitionsSupervise, train, and mentor a crew of 3-4 carpentersLead and always maintain a safe and quality work cultureKeep Supervisor informed with job progress, communicate problems, and problem solve as needed.Complete daily paperwork such as daily reports, time cards, quality control sheets, etc.Work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work outdoors in variable weather conditions.Key Qualifications:Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates the knowledge and ability to perform the workRead and understand blueprints; requiredLeadership and supervisory skillsWillingness to travelAbility to lift heavy objects regularly (0-50 lbs ground to shoulder, 0-80 lbs ground to carry height)Ability to perform physical laborAbility to operate hand/power tools and equipmentAbility to work outdoors in variable weather conditionsMust possess skills to multi-task and meet deadlinesCommitted to maintaining a safe work environmentBayland Buildings Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and is an Employee Owned (ESOP) Company and offers competitive wage and benefit packages to successful candidates including 401K, ESOP Profit sharing, Health benefits, and more!Join our team today!Think Smart.
