Job description
ServiceMaster Chesapeake is seeking a Commercial Cleaning Sales Executive to grow our Maryland commercial accounts. This is a true B2B outside sales role focused on developing profitable new business.
Base salary starts at $50,000 with uncapped commission, and target first-year compensation of $70,000–$100,000+ based on performance. You will prospect for new customers, contact decision-makers, walk facilities, develop proposals with operations, and close new business.
