Commercial Collections Associate ManagerWells Fargo is seeking a Commercial Collections Associate Manager within Commercial Banking Operations. In this role, you will:Supervise a team engaged in the review and monitoring of accounts, collections, late charges and resolving customer disputesParticipate in determining volume and profit goals with organizational impact and identify opportunities to determine appropriate course of action and conduct investigative steps to fully identify the issues within defined scope of responsibilitiesIdentify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control developmentMake day to day supervisory decisionsConsult regarding moderately complex transactions, and determine appropriate course of actionOversee team, operations and compliance to implement strategies for the business areaExercise independent judgment while developing understanding of transaction quality or deficiencies, risks, and investigative steps to recommend solutionsMonitor of bankruptcy proceedings and assist in litigation proceedingsCollaborate with peers and team regarding inquiries of low to moderate complexityInteract directly with internal and external customersSupervise allocation of people and financial resources for Commercial CollectionsMentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talentRequired Qualifications:4+ years of Commercial Collections experience, or equiv: work experience, training, military experience, education1+ years of Leadership experienceDesired Qualifications:4+ years of collections experienceExperience with Office Technology collectionsExperience working in roles within accounting, accounts receivable/payableExperience working with the following systems: Artiva and InfoleaseCoaching, training, and mentoring experienceExcellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to embrace and adapt to changeIntermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skillsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsSound analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyExperience delivering results in a fast-paced, deadline driven environmentSound organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skillsJob Expectations:This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorshipCandidate must be based out of posted locationThis position offers a hybrid work scheduleRelocation assistance is not available for this positionAbility to work additional hours as neededPosting Location:Des Moines, IAPosting End Date:2 Oct 2026*Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.We Value Equal OpportunityWells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
