Join Our Team as a Commercial Construction Project Manager Are you a skilled project manager looking to take the next step in your career? Elevation Consulting Solution is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our team in Charlottesville, VA. As a leader in strategic consulting services, we are dedicated to enhancing business operations and efficiency. Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from start to finish
Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and clients to ensure project success
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
Oversee quality control and safety measures on job sites
Communicate project progress to stakeholders and team members
Experience with metal framing, acoustical ceilings, and industrial construction
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
Knowledge of pre-construction processes, change orders, and scope development
Strong project management skills with a focus on construction supervision
Proficiency in Prolog, Bluebeam, and construction documentation
Experience with tenant improvements and multi-family construction
Familiarity with construction management software
