An established, employee-owned commercial construction firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to join its team. This is a direct-hire opportunity for a construction professional who enjoys taking ownership of projects, working closely with clients and field teams, and driving projects from planning through successful completion. What You'll Be Doing
Manage commercial construction projects from planning through completion.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, costs, and profitability.
Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation.
Manage subcontracts, purchase orders, pay applications, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project correspondence.
Track project buyout, procurement, material deliveries, and cost forecasts.
Develop and maintain project schedules, look-ahead schedules, and planning documents.
Coordinate closely with Superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, owners, architects, and design teams.
Support field teams by communicating project updates, schedules, and safety expectations.
Identify and address potential schedule, cost, and coordination issues before they impact the project.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Assist with estimating and developing proposals for upcoming projects.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of commercial construction experience, preferably in a Project Manager or similar leadership role.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field preferred.
Strong understanding of construction documents, project schedules, budgets, and cost management.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to effectively coordinate multiple stakeholders and priorities.
Collaborative, team-oriented leadership style.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience with Timberline or similar construction software is a plus.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
