Job description
Socure is seeking a Commercial Counsel to partner with Sales, Finance, Product, and Engineering. You will review and draft SaaS and technology contracts, build templates, and implement AI-assisted workflows to speed negotiations while maintaining compliance.
You will help shape Socure's commercial legal function, manage multiple projects with varying deadlines, and advise on data privacy and regulatory risks across the business.
