Job description
Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP is seeking a Counsel, Commercial Contracts to provide strategic legal counsel across the procurement contracting pipeline. The role collaborates with Legal, Procurement, IT, Marketing, and HR to review and negotiate a high volume of agreements, including services, SaaS, licenses, and HR-related contracts.
The position is hybrid, offering opportunities to shape supplier contracting policies and templates while supporting training and knowledge-sharing across the firm.
