Job description
PubMatic is hiring a Counsel, Commercial in New York hybrid. You will lead contract negotiations and structuring for publishers, buyers, and partners, while providing practical legal guidance on commercial matters in a dynamic ad tech environment.
You will help scale a high-volume commercial contracting practice, respond to privacy and data protection issues, and collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to align legal terms with evolving offerings.
