Job description
LangChain, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Counsel to support go-to-market and business operations with a broad range of commercial agreements.
You will draft, review, and negotiate customer, partner, vendor, and other documents, working closely with Sales, Partnerships, Finance, Security, Product, Revenue Operations, and Operations. The role requires 5–8 years of tech contracting experience, in-house SaaS experience preferred, and ability to balance risk with business needs.
