Job description
MTF Biologics in New Jersey seeks an Assistant General Counsel to support the General Counsel in protecting the organization's legal interests and ensuring compliance across business units.
You will review, edit, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements, provide day-to-day legal guidance to senior management, and help with regulatory inquiries and governance matters. Some travel may be required.
