Job description
The Commercial Development and Sales Executive at SAIM will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives and commercial development activities. This role requires a dynamic professional who can identify new market opportunities, foster client relationships, and develop strategies to enhance revenue and market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market reach.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance company visibility and brand reputation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.
Qualifications
Required Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or commercial development roles, preferably within the consulting industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and business development plans.
Familiarity with market analysis and competitive intelligence gathering.
Required Education
High School Diploma. A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Required Skills And Abilities
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed business decisions.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and networks.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
High level of initiative and ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
