Job description
Naviva, A Four Seasons Resort, seeks a Commercial Director to lead the resort's commercial and marketing activities, directing Sales, Catering, Conference Services, Public Relations and Revenue Management to maximize revenue per room occupied.
The role requires 3–5 years in a related position, strong revenue and budget management skills, and flexibility for regular travel between Punta Mita and other locations. This is a hands-on leadership role in a unique luxury property.
