Job description
For our client, we are seeking a Commercial Disputes and Investigations Advisory Director to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.
This role will lead complex commercial dispute and investigations work, with a strong emphasis on forensic accounting, litigation support, and client advisory. You will partner with senior leadership and stakeholders to shape engagement strategies, guide teams through sensitive matters, and deliver clear, credible findings that support sound business and legal decisions. The position also requires building trusted client relationships while managing multiple high-stakes assignments with precision and professionalism.
Location: Denver, CO - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $200,000 – $270,000 annually
Responsibilities
Manage execution of complex commercial litigation and dispute engagements
Lead teams in forensic accounting and litigation support activities
Develop and execute engagement strategies with senior leadership
Conduct forensic analysis and investigate financial anomalies
Prepare and present client deliverables and findings to stakeholders
Build and maintain client relationships to enhance satisfaction
Qualifications
8+ years in consulting or forensic accounting, specializing in disputes and investigations
5+ years of litigation support experience
Strong financial analysis and forensic investigation skills
Proven leadership in managing complex client deliverables
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or professional credential preferred
