Exciting Opportunity: Commercial Drywall Senior Estimator Wanted!
Solid Rock Recruiting has partnered with a TOP drywall contractor in Florida. With an outstanding reputation for excellence, our client has established themselves as a contractor for prestigious commercial projects throughout the region.
About the Opportunity
Solid Rock Recruiting is working with an established commercial drywall contractor with a strong reputation and a proven track record on high-end commercial projects throughout Florida.
They are looking to add an experienced Commercial Drywall Estimator who can take ownership of estimates and help the team continue winning quality work.
What You'll Be Doing
Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for $1M+ commercial drywall and Division 9 projects
Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost analysis
Review plans, specifications, and project documents
Coordinate with project managers, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
Obtain competitive material and subcontractor pricing
Manage multiple bids while meeting deadlines
Help develop complete and competitive bid proposals
What We're Looking For
Proven experience estimating commercial drywall and/or plaster
Strong understanding of metal stud framing and drywall systems
On-Screen Takeoff (OST) experience is required
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Detail-oriented and able to work independently
