Stax Inc. is seeking a Commercial Due Diligence Senior Consultant located in Boston to lead and deliver due diligence engagements for corporate and private equity clients. This role involves analyzing market trends, customer segments, and competitive dynamics to provide actionable insights throughout the transaction lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in strategy consulting or private equity, a relevant bachelor's degree, and strong analytical and communication skills. This position operates under a hybrid model requiring in-person attendance three days per week.
