At Cove Electric, you'll lead commercial and hospitality projects with the support of a 50-year company that's here to stay, and you'll work local, close to home.What You'll RunLead crews on commercial, hotel, and tenant improvement projects from start to finishRead and interpret plans, specs, and RFIs, and catch issues earlyLay out work, order material, and manage manpower and daily schedulesCoordinate with GCs, other trades, and inspectorsInstall and oversee service, distribution, panels, lighting controls, and low-voltage tie-insMake sure work meets NEC, California Electrical Code, and Title 24 requirementsKeep jobs safe, clean, and on scheduleTrack daily reports, change-order work, and material usageWhat It TakesCalifornia General Electrician certification7+ years of commercial electrical experience, including (3)+ years as a foremanProven experience running crews on commercial projects; hotel and multi-story experience is a plusStrong blueprint reading, conduit bending, and layout skillsWorking knowledge of NEC, CEC, and Title 24Valid California driver's license and clean DMVLeadership that gets respect on the job site, not just the titleWhy Cove ElectricStability: 50 years in business, with a steady pipeline of local commercial workStay local: Valley projects, so you're home every nightBacked by the office: project support, purchasing, and admin that handle the paperwork so you can run the jobRespect: a family-run company where your experience matters and your voice is heardPay and benefits that match the role: (health, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, retirement, truck/vehicle, phone, prevailing wage work, etc.)Ready to Apply?
