Commercial & Employment Litigation Attorney
Location: Dallas, TX
Experience: 3+ Years
Our client, a nationally recognized Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking aCommercial & Employment Litigation Attorney to join its Dallas office. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial and employment litigation matters alongside experienced litigators in a collaborative and growing practice.
What You’ll Work On:
Handling commercial and employment litigation matters through all phases of litigation
Drafting pleadings, motions, and other substantive court filings
Conducting legal research and managing written discovery
Preparing matters for hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial
Working directly with clients and collaborating with partners on litigation strategy
Coordinating with courts, opposing counsel, and other legal professionals throughout the litigation process
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of commercial and/or employment litigation experience
Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
Excellent oral advocacy and communication abilities
Knowledge of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and local court rules
Ability to independently manage litigation matters in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
JD from an ABA-accredited law school
Active Texas Bar admission required
