Our National Commercial Services (NCS) team provides a single point of contact for multi-site and interstate transactions, delivering customized title and escrow solutions across all U.S. jurisdictions.Fidelity National Title is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Escrow Assistant to join our Denver team. This role supports Commercial Escrow Officers throughout all stages of complex real estate transactions, from opening new orders through post-closing documentation. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong communication and follow-through, and enjoys being an integral part of a team that manages high-value commercial deals from start to finish.This role sits onsite at our Denver, CO office.Duties & ResponsibilitiesOpen new escrow orders and manage files through the entire transaction lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standardsReview and scrub title commitments to identify and track outstanding requirements, working closely with clients and internal partners to clear title and resolve issuesCommunicate regularly with clients, lenders, brokers, attorneys, and internal teams to provide updates and ensure all documents and funds are received for closingCoordinate with the assigned Escrow Officer to prepare settlement statements, collect and disburse funds, and ensure timely and accurate closingsHandle incoming deposits, approve outgoing wires and checks, and maintain accurate escrow accounting recordsPrepare final closing packages, ensure all post-closing documentation is completed, and manage file retention per company policyMaintain proactive task management and follow-up to ensure deadlines and client expectations are consistently metContribute to a collaborative, solutions-oriented team culture focused on client satisfaction and transaction accuracyMinimum RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredRequires 0 – 3+?years of experience?as a Commercial Escrow Assistant or ProcessorStrong understanding of escrow processes, title requirements, and real estate transaction documentationProficiency in Microsoft Office and related title/escrow software systemsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-focused approachHigh attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environmentStrong organizational and problem-solving skills; proactive in follow-up and task completionSelf-starter who works well independently and as part of a teamPreferred ExperienceExperience supporting complex or multi-site commercial transactionsFamiliarity with mail-away closings and disbursement proceduresProven ability to manage multiple transactions while maintaining composure and accuracy under pressurePrevious experience working with Fidelity National Title or another national title underwriterCompensation & BenefitsFNF, its affiliates, and subsidiaries carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, specialty, experience, and work location. Based on location and job-related factors such as skillset and experience, this position has the potential to earn compensation in the range of $25.00 – $33.00 hourly. Actual rate may vary within the range provided, depending on a number of factors, including skillset, experience and location.
