Job Title: Commercial Escrow Officer
nLocation: Pittsburgh, PA
nType: Direct Hire
nCompensation: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00
nWork Model: Onsite - onsite
nHours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday-Friday
nCommercial Escrow Officer Responsibilities:
nnnManage all aspects of commercial real estate closings from start to finish. Ensure title insurance requirements are satisfied prior to closing. Prepare closing statements, owner's affidavits, escrow agreements, and other closing documents.

nnCoordinate and disburse closing funds accurately and timely. Work closely with title underwriters, attorneys, buyers, sellers, lenders, and other parties to facilitate successful closings.
n
nnMaintain proactive, timely communication throughout complex commercial transactions.
n
nnAssist fellow Escrow Officers with closing activities as needed.
n
nnDeliver exceptional customer service while meeting critical deadlines.
n
n nCommercial Escrow Officer Requirements:
nnnStrong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
n
nnAbility to prioritize workload and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
n
nnProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with strong technical aptitude.
n
nnSelf-motivated with a strong sense of urgency, accountability, and attention to detail.
n
nnAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
n
nnCommitment to providing superior customer service.
n
nnExperience in title insurance and/or real estate settlement services preferred.
n
nnExperience with SmartView and/or SoftPro software is a plus, but not required.
