Job description
Kyndryl Inc. is seeking a Commerical Excellence Lead for Propositions and GTM, fully remote in the United States.
You will own the design of pricing architectures and outcome-based models across priority propositions, partnering with finance, engineering, and global solutioning teams to drive profitable growth. You will build scalable commercial patterns, shape deals, and mentor a small, senior team to ensure consistent value delivery across the portfolio.
