nOverview

nThe Commercial Finance Analyst will be a valued and trusted business partner, providing critical insights, analysis and recommendations to support the finance and commercial teams. This role is responsible for performance monitoring as well as gathering data and generating reports to inform decision-making.

nPrimary Responsibilities

nnnCreate detailed financial reporting and analysis to assess performance vs. targets, providing commentary on variances

n

nnSupport financial forecasting and planning activities, including insights to drive decision making

n

nnProactively manage A/R and fund balances against budgets

n

nnDrive process optimization and standardization, using systems and data, to increase efficiency

n

nnDeliver robust business performance management process to ensure delivery of all relevant financial metrics

n

nnEnable the development of finance talent through building capabilities and fostering a culture of continuous improvement

n

n nAdditional Primary Responsibilities

nMinimum Qualifications

nnnBachelor's Degree plus at least one year of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

n

nnPreferred financial analysis experience in a corporate environment

n

nnMust be detail oriented with strong analytical and financial skills

n

n nPhysical Demands

nnnPhysical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or adding machine

n

nnPhysical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping

n

nnMay require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs
